In his previous role, he demonstrated his ability to lead a large team and manage diverse food and beverage outlets, achieving a record-breaking revenue for the hotel in 2023. His innovative approach to menu programming and implementation of mixology initiatives earned him a nomination for a corporate award for increased guest satisfaction scores in the Beverage Division.
