The Langham, Boston announced today it has appointed Daniel Burger as Executive Chef. In this role, Dan will lead the culinary team at The Langham, Boston, overseeing Private Kitchen, banqueting and the hotel's two restaurants - Grana and The Fed.

Dan Burger, a New England native, began his culinary career in Boston at the iconic L'espalier and Radius restaurants before propelling him into prestigious roles at hospitality giants including Mandarin Oriental, Wynn Resorts and Four Seasons.

With a solid foundation from the Le Cordon Bleu accredited education at Orlando Culinary Academy, Dan has mastered both the artistry and precision required for culinary excellence. His experience encompasses both banqueting and restaurant settings, showcasing his versatility and ability to deliver exceptional dining experiences across various formats.

Dan's culinary philosophy revolves around limitless creativity and perpetual learning. He finds inspiration in the ever-evolving world of food, constantly seeking out new techniques, ingredients, and flavors to incorporate into his craft. His passion for cooking stems from his roots, where he was first exposed to the culinary arts by his grandmother, who immigrated to the USA from a small village in the Champagne region of France.
