Sophie Rough has been appointed Director of Talent & Culture at The Chancery Rosewood in London
Sophie joins The Chancery Rosewood from Soho House & Co, where she served as Head of People. During her time there she was instrumental in enhancing work culture by improving the employee experience while maintaining and protecting the essence of the brand and successfully launched several people focused initiatives.
Bringing a wealth of experience and expertise in human resources, with a strong focus on commercial success, people strategy and organisational development, Sophie plans to maintain, and build on, Rosewood Hotel Group's strong culture through the selection, development and engagement of associates.
