Nathan Hall has been appointed Director of Operations at The Hardy Group
The Hardy Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Nathan Hall as the new Director of Operations, succeeding Rocky Marzzarella, who has been a cornerstone of the company's success over the past decade.
Nathan's extensive experience within the organization has prepared him well for this role. He has held various positions from On-Site Project Manager to Senior Project Director; has experience leading large teams; and was instrumental in the initial formation of Hardy's Hawaii office. Having held nearly every position within the organization, Nathan has a unique understanding and appreciation for the responsibilities each role entails. As he transitions into his new role, Nathan will prioritize the support and education of personnel by improving training processes and procedures, while implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
