MMI Hotel Group, a leading hotel management division in the Southeast, is pleased to announce the appointment of Chris DeMers as the new Corporate Director of Food and Beverage. This newly established leadership position reflects MMI Hotel Group's commitment to enhancing the food & beverage experience across the entire portfolio.

Throughout his career, DeMers has demonstrated an exceptional ability in managing and developing hospitality concepts, executing regional and national multiunit start-ups, and overseeing business rehabilitation. Most recently, holding the position of Vice President and Corporate Director of Operations and Development at The Kolache Kitchen in Louisiana and Florida. Under his leadership, the company experienced significant growth, including the birth of a national franchise program, with the development of multiple units and the expansion of its footprint into new markets.

DeMers's expertise extends across various segments of the hospitality industry, including full-service restaurants, quick-service restaurants, and catering operations. He has a proven track record of success in operational management, organizational leadership, and strategic planning.

In this new role, DeMers will be responsible for overseeing the Food & Beverage operations across MMI Hotel Group's portfolio of properties, driving excellence in guest experience, culinary selection, Food & Beverage offerings and spearheading strategic initiatives to enhance the company's food and beverage operations.
