The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort is delighted to announce the appointment of Laura Santoni as General Manager. She brings more than three decades of experience to this position with a wealth of knowledge and a deep understanding of the Caribbean and Latin American market.
Santoni began her career at Marriott in 1991, she has held a variety of impactful positions within the organization, such as serving as General Manager for Marriott Village at Lake Buena Vista in Orlando and heading the Global Sales Organization for Caribbean and Latin America. Over the last seven years, she has played a pivotal role as Area Vice President for Mexico, driving notable growth in Caribbean and Latin America's largest market, and spearheading the launch of several iconic hotels in the region. Her extensive sales background combined with operational proficiency has yielded significant results, as she has effectively led and expanded teams within her region.
Santoni will oversee daily resort operations, ensuring ongoing success for The St. Regis Cap Cana Resort. With strategic vision and informed decision-making, she will contribute to the resort's continued growth and development as a premier destination.
