Serindat's experience includes overseeing food and beverage venues at 5-star properties such as Montage Laguna Beach, Rosewood Miramar Beach and Faena Miami. His addition to the team further solidifies Pier Sixty-Six's dedication to delivering a premier gastronomic experience with 12 culinary venues, including signature waterfront restaurants and the iconic 17th-floor rotating Pier Top lounge—admired for decades as the only 360-degree observation deck offering panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean.
