Jason Lawson

Chef de Cuisine Jason Lawson, was born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee and brings over a decade of experience within the hospitality industry to Tempo by Hilton Nashville Downtown. Lawson oversees the back-of-the-house operations as well as the creation of new, exciting menu items that represent the best of Nashville cuisine. Studying under Michelin and James Beard awarded chefs, Lawson offers a unique perspective on "southern cuisine," making each dine a memorable experience.
