Adam Gatto has been appointed Managing Director of Hospitality Capital Market at Cushman & Wakefield in Salt Lake City
Cushman & Wakefield, a global real estate services firm, has appointed Adam Gatto as Managing Director of Hospitality Capital Market for the Mountain West region in the United States. Gatto, who joins as a Partner, has over 20 years of investment advisory experience including cross border hotel transactions and has executed over $1 billion in hotel sales over his tenure in the commercial real estate market.
Gatto's team at Cushman & Wakefield will work towards increasing hotel transactional market share throughout the Mountain West region. He will support his team's efforts in offering site selection, feasibility, valuation, marketing and exit strategy consulting.
