Brody Aarhaus has been promoted to Regional Director of Business Development for the Southeast US region. Since joining the Business Development team in 2022 from HE's MIT program, Aarhaus has excelled in enhancing business development processes and client communication. His efforts in streamlining deal flow, pipeline reports, consistently identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions have markedly increased the team's productivity. In his new position, Aarhaus will work directly with Jack Meakin to identify new business opportunities, foster partnerships, and expand HE's market presence in the Southeast. His focus on process improvement and efficiency will be instrumental in his expanded role. Aarhaus is also a graduate of HE's MIT program.
