Shafayat Miah has been appointed Chief e-Commerce officer at Orascom Hotels Management

Miah brings with him more than two decades of experience in digital marketing, technology and innovation from a number of renowned global organisations, including Accenture, Jumeirah Group, flyadeal and Dubai World.

He joins from Meta, where he led high impact global programmes and marketing strategy.

Miah is tasked with transforming the technology used across Orascom's portfolio, delivering key commercial systems such as a modernised CRM, marketing automation and eCommerce platforms across all of its properties in Egypt, Switzerland, Montenegro, Oman and the UAE.
