Moustafa ElGayar has been appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Shangri-La and Traders Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri in Abu Dhabi
ElGayar brings with him over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
He joins the team from Towers Rotana, Dubai, where he was instrumental in revitalizing and enhancing multiple F&B concepts. His career also includes key positions at renowned properties such as Melia Hotel Bali, Jumeirah Bali, and Shangri-La Hotel at The Shard, London.
