Orli del Angel

Chef Orli del Angel steps into his role as Executive Chef having left an indelible mark on the culinary team at Chileno Bay after joining the resort in 2021 as Executive Sous Chef. He began his culinary journey in Mexico City and brings with him an impressive career working with notable chefs in esteemed kitchens around the world including Mauro Colagreco, Martin Berasategui, Alex Atala, Guillermo Gonzalez, and recently at The French Laundry in Napa. He honed his leadership skills as head chef at Jorge Vallejo's acclaimed restaurant Quintonil, leveraging his experience at Chileno Bay and contributing to COMAL earning a mention in Michelin's first-ever Mexico Guide.
