Sami Mendil has been appointed Global Head of Real Estate at B&B Hotels
B&B HOTELS is pleased to announce the appointment of Sami Mendil as Global Head of Real Estate at B&B HOTELS. Sami will be pivotal in fostering relationships with real estate investors, identifying potential new owners and structuring innovative programmes and vehicles to support B&B HOTELS ambitious growth plans.
With a portfolio of nearly 800 hotels in 17 countries and the ambition to expand to 3,000 hotels over the next decade, B&B HOTELS emphasizes its commitment to global growth.
Sami Mendil brings with him 20 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Investing. Before joining B&B HOTELS, he served as Head of Hotels Investments France at CBRE. His previous roles include working in the M&A Real Estate team at KPMG Corporate Finance, serving as a Fund Manager for the Abu Dhabi Sovereign Fund (ADIA) in Continental Europe at Lasalle Investment Management, and beginning his career in the Acquisitions team at General Electric Capital Real Estate.
