Karine Hyon-Vintrou

École Ducasse announces the appointment of Karine Hyon-Vintrou as its new General Director, succeeding Elise Masurel, who led the institution for five years and significantly accelerated its growth. Under Masurel's leadership, the institution launched the new Meudon campus, expanded the École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP), and opened new schools in India, Thailand, and the UAE.

Karine Hyon-Vintrou brings extensive international experience from her career in luxury hospitality, including roles at Four Seasons and InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). With expertise in branding, she has held strategic positions in the UK, Thailand, and the US. Before joining École Ducasse, she worked at Sommet Education, enhancing the global reputation of brands such as Glion and Les Roches. In her new role, she aims to strengthen École Ducasse's global leadership in gastronomy and culinary education.

École Ducasse, founded in 1999 by renowned chef Alain Ducasse, is committed to promoting French culinary excellence. With campuses in France and internationally, the institution offers diverse programs for both professionals and amateurs. It was recently named the "World's Best Culinary Training Institution" in October 2023.
