Michael Manoocheri has been appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Rancho Valencia Resort & Spa
As Director of Food & Beverage, Michael Manoocheri will oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort's multiple dining options including the local and guest favorite, The Pony Room, Paddock at The Resort Pool, Rein at The Spa Pool, banquets and catering, and in-room dining. Leading with creativity and optimizing the resort's food and beverage offerings, which are committed to showcasing the natural bounty of the San Diego landscape, Manoocheri will also play an integral role in bringing to life the future of Rancho Valencia's Food & Beverage program, which promises to be nothing short of extraordinary.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Manoocheri joins the team from La Valle Coastal Club in San Diego where he oversaw multiple food and beverage outlets, private events, and culinary operations. Other previous titles include Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Evans Hotels, a position where he not only managed operations across multiple properties but also spearheaded revenue generation to amass over $65M annually, and F&B Director positions at W Hotels in San Diego, Sunset Tower in Los Angeles, and Auberge du Soleil in Napa Valley.
