Tessa Chaffey named Head of Alumni at EHL Hospitality Business School
Tessa Chaffey has recently returned to her alma mater, EHL Hospitality Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, as the new Head of Alumni. In her own words, she is thrilled to be "boomeranging" back to a values-based approach in her career, taking on the responsibility of managing and nurturing one of the most vibrant alumni communities in the hospitality industry. Tessa will now lead a network of friends, mentors, and career inspirations, focusing on fostering connections and supporting the lifelong professional journeys of EHL graduates.
With a career that spans diverse leadership roles, Tessa brings a wealth of experience to her new position. Prior to her return to EHL, she held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Gault&Millau, where she was instrumental in the international development of GM licenses.
Earlier in her career, Tessa worked with AxessImpact, and Atome Maisons, a company committed to industrialized sustainable building solutions that significantly reduce CO2 emissions.
Her diverse background in operations, communications, and sustainability positions her perfectly to lead EHL’s alumni network, ensuring it remains a dynamic and supportive resource for all its members.
