Stephen Chavez has been appointed General Manager at Lüm Hotel
Lüm Hotel, ideally located in the center of Inglewood's sports and entertainment district, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Chavez as general manager. With more than two decades in the hospitality industry, Chavez brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as he leads the property into an exciting new chapter following its recent design refresh and reopening.
A California Native, Chavez served as the director of sales at Level Hotels & Furnishings in Los Angeles where he successfully managed a portfolio of five high performing hotel properties. He also held roles as general manager and vice president of sales at Sportsman's Lodge Hotel in Studio City where he was responsible for providing leadership and strategic guidance while increasing business productivity within the F&B department. Additionally, Chavez served as regional director of sales and catering for Joie de Vivre Hotels where he optimized business efficiency by managing all sales and catering revenues within the Southwest regional hotels. Other notable industry experience Chavez holds includes Senior Corporate Sales Manager at The Standard and Group Sales Manager at Wyndham Checkers Hotel, both located in downtown Los Angeles.
