With an extensive background and comprehensive operational expertise, having previously served as a Restaurant Manager at Boston's Westin Copley Place, quickly advancing to leadership roles within some of the world's most prestigious hotels, including ultra-luxury Baur au Lac Hotel in Zurich, the legendary St. Regis, and New York City's renowned Peninsula Hotel. Fricker's expertise and vision extends to shepherding the highly successful launches of Le Méridien Hotel Chicago-Oakbrook Center and Mandarin Oriental Hotel Las Vegas, setting new standards for luxury hospitality. He has previously served as Managing Director of Aurora Anguilla Resort & Golf Club, playing an instrumental role in the Resort's extensive rebranding, unveiling nine distinctive dining venues, and overseeing the debut of the Resort's exclusive airline service, where he rebranded and operated a fleet of four Embraer 175 private jets, further elevating the guest experience.
