A native Scotsman with deep roots in Edinburgh, Ewan has returned to his homeland to drive innovation at Gleneagles Townhouse. Bringing with him over 17 years of experience as well as a wealth of local insight, Ewan has led renowned venues across the UK, from General Manager at The Ivy in Marlow to Borthwick Castle. Most recently, his leadership as Operations Director at Daylesford Organic earned him widespread acclaim, overseeing The Fox at Oddington, one of England's most anticipated openings.
Combined with a sincere passion for the city of Edinburgh and his background in F&B, membership engagement and operational management, Ewan's knowledge of the local hospitality scene will continue to drive success and help the connection between Gleneagles Townhouse and Gleneagles' iconic property in Auchterarder.
