Steve Pufpaf has been appointed General Manager at The Westin Los Angeles Airport
The Westin Los Angeles Airport, which wrapped an extensive transformation at the start of 2024, welcomes Steve Pufpaf as its new General Manager. Steve brings over 35 years of leadership experience with Marriott in sales, revenue management, marketing, and hotel operations.
After beginning his career as a Bellman at the Renaissance Esmeralda Resort & Spa, Pufpaf went on to work in Housekeeping, Front Office, Guest Services, Banquets, Catering, and Event Management. He has held various leadership positions, including General Manager, Director of Sales & Marketing, Market Sales Leader for Southern California, General Sales Manager for the Southwest Sales Office, and Vice President of Sales for the Southwest. Most recently, Pufpaf was the Vice President of Sales, MSB (Marriott Select Brands) West.
As a member of the Southwest Sales Organization, which received the inaugural Stephen G. Marriott Award of Excellence for Culture Award, Pufpaf is passionate about leading with a people-first leadership style.
