Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers brought on Nihan Demir as its new commercial director. With an extensive background in revenue management and strategic leadership, Demir is known for crafting strategies that drive revenue growth and increase market share in the luxury hospitality sector.
Previously, Demir was cluster director of revenue management at Banyan Tree Dubai, where she achieved a 21 percent ADR increase during a major rebranding. At Caesars Palace Dubai, she successfully launched the Palace Tower, Julius Tower, and The Residences, achieving top rankings in ADR and market share. With a career spanning luxury properties across the Middle East and Eastern Europe, Nihan brings her expertise in strategic positioning to Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers, focusing on driving revenue growth and strengthening the hotel's status as a leading luxury destination.
