Hotel Equities (HE), a leading hotel ownership, management, and development firm, is thrilled to announce that Adrienne Jubb has joined the organization as Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Western U.S. Based in Carlsbad, California, Adrienne will play a pivotal role in driving HE's growth initiatives and expanding its portfolio throughout the region.

Adrienne brings a wealth of experience in hospitality, including expertise in operations, feasibility, and development. With a proven track record of success in identifying growth opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and natural strength for building strong relationships, she is well-regarded across the industry for her ability to navigate the complexities of hotel development and operations. Her in-depth understanding of the intricacies of West Coast markets will serve as an invaluable asset to hotel owners.

Adrienne has built a career marked by excellence in leadership roles across operations and development, where she has consistently delivered innovative solutions and spearheaded successful projects. Her ability to blend analytical insights with practical execution has positioned her as a trusted advisor and leader in the hospitality sector. In her role at HE, she will work closely alongside Ryan McRae, HE's SVP of Business Development - Pacific Northwest U.S. and Canada. Corbin Tipton, Regional Dir. of Business Development for the Western U.S., will work under Adrienne's leadership and guidance.

Adrienne's most recent role was with Aimbridge Hospitality and she previously served nearly 10 years with Marriott International and Starwood Hotels and Resorts. She received a Master of Management in Hospitality from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration focused on Hotel Real Estate Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with Honors degree in Sociology and German from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
