Jil Larson
Larson brings over 20 years of luxury and upscale hotel experience to Strato Hotel Consultants with a proven track record of revenue management success in positions within Starwood, Marriott, Intercontinental, Fairmont, and independent hotels.
Jil began her hotel career in Vancouver, BC after graduating from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a diploma in hotel administration. She honed her knowledge of operations in multiple positions over fourteen years in Vancouver, culminating in the position of Director of Revenue Management at The Pan Pacific Hotel. From there she moved to Boston and proceeded to hold revenue leadership positions in Boston, Toronto, Chicago, Seattle, San Antonio, and San Juan, PR. Jil’s multi-property experience includes cluster, regional, and corporate positions for Marriott, Intercontinental, and Fairmont. Over the years, she specialized in city center and convention properties while obtaining a Certificate in Revenue Management and Certificate in Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration.
With consulting, training, and hands-on experience in a variety of brands and independent properties, Jil is now an independent consultant offering targeted revenue management strategies and tactics to urban properties throughout North America.
