Bowmans pecialises in the ‘people dimensions’ of the international hospitality business. He and his partners provide an integrated approach to the research, design and delivery of a wide range of people-centred solutions that help clients achieve their strategic goals. Since the establishment of the consultancy in Switzerland in 2003, assignments have focused on performance improvement and assessment, particularly management and organisation effectiveness, learning and HR strategy, cross-cultural awareness and training, education and curriculum development and training programme design and delivery. His consulting clients have included Sheraton, Sol Melia, the Savoy Hotel Madeira, the World Bank, the European Commission and UNWTO.
