His specialized fields of competence include all kinds of hospitality development services for multinational companies, PE funds, hotel operators and the real estate developer community including strategic planning and consulting, portfolio valuation, asset acquisition and disposition, product development and development strategy formulation amongst others. Premal has over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry having worked with HVS, Taj Group of Hotels and a Real Estate Developer in India.
