Leading growth strategies at RoomsTonite, the last market place for last minute hotel booking. RoomsTonite is bringing the on-demand concept for hotel industry in India. This app is changing the concept of last minute hotel booking by offering good hotels at great rates even at the eleventh hour. My entrepreneurship journey started soon after graduation from college. My passion for technology led me to start work at a software company where I met my future business partners. An idea was born over coffee to start a new kind of software technology firm, thereby leading to acquiring our first clients. Intel Data Systems, the fore-runner to IDS Next, has grown expansively from thereon. In 1999, I launched Travelanza.com -- one of India’s earliest B2C Travel portals, much ahead of its time during the internet boom. More recently RezNext, the B2B Rooms distribution company, was launched in 2012. As Chairman of IDS Next and RezNext, I guide the management at both the entities. With a geographic footprint in more than 40 countries, IDS Next today offers technology solutions to the global hospitality industry in the mid to luxury segment of hotels, restaurants, clubs, among other complimentary sectors. I am an alumni of Stanes High School (Coimbatore) and Bharathiar University. Passionately promote Art and try to help emerging artists from Bangalore to Baroda.
