Paolo Buffa is a Senior Consultant with HVS Milan & Athens. He joined HVS in 2014 having 12 years experience on hotels and mixed-use developments, asset management and sales & marketing for hospitality projects. He worked for Real Estate developers and Private Equity firms in EMEA region (mainly Spain and Italy) and for consultancy firms such as Northcourse Advisory Services (Wyndham Worldwide) and Ernst & Young.
