Marcus Lee is the Executive Vice President, Development for HVS’ Asset Management & Advisory division. Marcus and his team provide clients with a full array of third-party asset management services, hotel performance analyses, development advisory, valuation, and brand and operator search and selection solutions. Marcus' deep expertise in hotel development and operations is enhanced by his broad experience working for iconic brands such as Rosewood Hotel Group, The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, making him a trusted advisor for complex ownership challenges. He formerly served as Senior Manager of Development Feasibility for Rosewood Hotel Group, supporting this ultra-luxury group’s development efforts across the Americas region. His strategic insights have propelled numerous high-value projects across diverse markets, from the United States to Latin America. Since joining HVS in 2016, Marcus has led feasibility and market studies, development consulting, brand and operator search and selection, and valuations, with an aggregate value of over $10 billion. Marcus earned a BA in International Relations and History from Boston University and a Masters of Tourism and Hospitality Administration from The George Washington University.
