Donna has more than three decades of experience working in hospitality within the technology sector. Throughout her career she’s held cross-functional leadership roles in call center operations, client service management, technical support, software development, quality assurance, and project management.

Donna has a relentless dedication to customer support, and a reputation for going above and beyond for customers and colleagues. She is known within the industry for her skills in business analysis, e-commerce, and client service.

Donna currently serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at Pegasus Solutions where she oversees product development and client service. In her free time Donna dedicates herself to Rio Verde Animal Rescue, where she is both the founder and CEO.
