Kyle Cardone

Kyle Mathew Cardone is an undergraduate student (’22 grad) majoring in Hospitality Management and minoring in Leadership Studies. A polished, energetic leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to foster teamwork, and motivate others with proactive strategies necessary to confront, execute, and champion change. He aspires to acquire ample Hospitality- oriented knowledge/experience in order to make a notable difference in the industry. He has performed lodging jobs in Front Desk, Bell-stand, Valet, Event/Banquet Server, Restaurant Server, Food Expeditor, and Restaurant Supervisor. Recognition includes the Harris Rosen Hospitality Management Scholarship Award, Rosen College of Hospitality Management David B. Schaefer Memorial Scholarship Award, and Central Florida Hotel and Lodging Association (CFHLA) Multi-Year Award Honoree.
