Jerome is originally from the Paris region and started his journey in the hospitality industry at the age of 17 years old. He first worked for Sofitel and was then poached by Hyatt with which he spent the next 15 years. He has worked in cities such as Los Angeles, New York, Dubai, Shenzhen and Singapore. As the Director of Food & Beverage for Grand Hyatt Singapore he positioned the hotel as a sustainability trailblazer in SEA by implementing a plant forward menu design and adopting Food Technology, inspiring a host of other hotels and restaurants to follow suit. In early 2019, Jerome decided to move back to Europe and focus on combining his passions, hospitality, food and climate change mitigation. He co-founded WiseFins, an impact startup aiming to transform hospitality and the food industry into resilient sectors, protective of the planet and its inhabitants.
