Emmanuel Jurczenko

Dr Emmanuel Jurczenko brings nearly two decades of research and teaching experience in topics such as international finance, risk management and real estate. From 2002 to 2015, Emmanuel was Associate Professor of Finance at ESCP Europe School of Management, where he led the school’s executive MBA and MSc programs in wealth management. He then joined the faculty at Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL), serving as Professor of Finance and Director of the Hospitality Real Estate and Finance Research Institute for the next four years. Emmanuel has also taught as Visiting Professor at HEC Lausanne, Higher School of Economics (Russia), CFVG (Vietnam) and ESA Business School (Lebanon). His research has appeared in a wide range of academic and practitioner journals and books. In addition, Emmanuel has worked as an academic consultant to asset managers for more than 15 years, advising on areas such as quantitative fund selection, factor investing and private markets. He was appointed Director of Graduate Studies and Professor of Finance at Glion Institute of Higher Education in February 2019. Emmanuel holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne. He speaks French and English.
