Allegra Medina

Allegra Medina joined SHR in July 2019 as Director of Product Management. In this role, Allegra focuses on defining and guiding the product lifecycle for emerging products. She researches opportunities, product development and guides design, development and launch as new products are being built and subsequently brought to market. Allegra brings with her 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having served in several vital roles from System implementation and support to the Senior Director level in Distribution. Over the last fifteen years, she has worked alongside software teams to outline, develop and deploy user facing platforms and back end infrastructures to support them. Some of her projects have included defining an Enterprise Data Warehouse with system integration, multiple CRM solutions, website solutions with integration, CRS systems with integration and a BI platform. She has held positions of Senior Director of Distribution and Channel Management, Director of CRM, and Director of Analytics. In these roles Allegra not only worked to stream line process but to define and implement software products that were used by the corporate enterprise servicing over 1200 properties. Allegra Holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Management and Health and Human Services Management.
