Justin Lewis

Justin Lewis was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky where he was practically raised in a hotel. His mother was an F&B manager and his future mother-in-law was his front office manager while working at a local hotel. Justin’s first job was cleaning a bar at age 14. Yes, this is true and not recommended. Eventually, he would work in the dish-pit in the kitchen, banquets, clean rooms and later became a front desk supervisor while in college at the University of Kentucky. At age 22, Justin became the youngest General Manager at a Hampton Inn in 1996. In 1999, Justin and his wife moved to Casper, Wyoming to work at the Holiday Inn in Casper as an AGM, and later promoted to GM. In 2005, Justin joined Timberline Hospitality as the Director of Operations and Development over 11 hotels. Justin has also served as an Adjunct Instructor for hotel courses at Casper College and has done public speaking engagements and leadership consulting with various local businesses. Justin is married to Jamie and they have 4 sons. He is an avid Kentucky Basketball fan and enjoys the outdoors of rugged Wyoming.
