As Vice President of Digital Strategy and Loyalty at Viceroy Hotel Group, Eve Tronson leads the strategic development and management of all digital commerce initiatives to drive marketing strategies and technologies. She brings over 25 years of experience in hospitality empowering her to partner with Viceroy’s Directors of Revenue Management and Sales leaders to evolve Viceroy’s brand strategies and optimize revenue opportunities across all booking channels. In addition, she leads the delivery of the Viceroy DISCOVERY Loyalty program, part of the GHA DISCOVERY program to enhance the Viceroy guest experience. Tronson held leadership positions with hotel and hospitality technology companies including Pegasus, TravelClick, and NAVIS, as well as built the distribution, digital, and revenue management strategies for a hotel representation company that once served over 250 independent hotels around the world. She served as a board member of the Los Angeles chapter of Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and is a member of the Hotel Electronic Distribution Network Association (HEDNA).
