Beth Zahner

Beth Zahner is the Director of Operations for Big Cedar Lodge, a remote haven of natural beauty spread out over 4,600 acres where rustic luxury is tucked into the rugged landscape of the Missouri Ozark Mountains, overlooking sparkling Table Rock Lake. Inspired by a commitment to conservation, Johnny Morris, founder of Bass Pro Shops, created Big Cedar Lodge as a destination for families and friends to connect in the great outdoors. She is responsible for managing leaders in the daily operations across the resort inclusive of 351 guest rooms, Front desk, Guest Services, Shuttle services & logistics, Marinas, Activities, Fun Center, Shooting Academy, Spa, Retail, IT, Training and Communications. In addition to the resort, the Bass Pro Shops Hospitality Lodge division is part of the Big Cedar Operations team encompassing 3 standalone properties totaling 263 additional rooms. Team collaboration is vital to the success of any organization, and this is prominent in the culture at Big Cedar Lodge. Beth along with her mentors, strive to build partnerships amongst the resort and lodge operational leaders and the other departments to ensure the best experience for the guest and a thriving environment for the associate. Prior to Big Cedar Lodge, Beth spent 18 years as a leader in the Food & Beverage industry aiding in a holistic knowledge base for the overall operations of the resort.
