Ethan Gabany

Ethan Gabany is a commercial project management professional with vast experience leading the development, renovation, and repositioning of upscale real estate assets. His expertise lies at the intersection of design, construction, and asset management—leveraging a user-centric design philosophy and sophisticated project management practices to create outsized value for private real estate owners and public shareholders. Before joining CBRE, Ethan served as an owner’s representative for a large publicly traded real estate investment trust (REIT) and private hotel management company. There, he led and supported the investment of $45M in capital to transform eight hotels in just two years. Ethan has also worked with the hospitality project management division of a leading mid-Atlantic construction firm. Outside of hospitality, Ethan has experience managing the full project cycle of commercial real estate developments across a wide variety of asset classes including multifamily, office, and industrial market sectors.
