Stan Kennedy

As Chief Operating Officer, Stan Kennedy ensures that the standard operating procedures and best practices of Remington and our partner brands are in place to drive revenue, improve operating profit, and provide a top- quality guest experience. Mr. Kennedy joined Remington in 2001 and has more than 39 years in hotel and restaurant leadership positions in the hospitality industry, with experience in most major brands. He studied Hotel Restaurant Administration and has a Bachelor of Science Degree from Spears School of Business at Oklahoma State University, where he was on the Dean's Honor Roll. He also earned an Associates Degree from Community College of the Air Force and received CHA certification with AH&LA. Mr. Kennedy currently serves on the Owners Advisory Council for Embassy Suites and served on the Marriott Courtyard Franchise Advisory Committee and has earned the Non Commissioned Officer Leadership Certification from the United States Air Force. He served as a member of the Advisory Committee for the selection of the new Dean of Hospitality and Tourism School at Oklahoma State University where he also participated in the Business Speakers Series with students. He is currently on the "Marriott Brand Advisory Board".
