Isabelle Vernet

Enriched by my experience in international philanthropy I have had the opportunity to work within a small organisation targetting specific projects with clear goals and raising significant funds to address health, education, disaster relief and resource needs in various developing countries. I bring my language skills, international exposure and ability to build relationships with others and work effectively in a team. My ability to gather potential donors, inform them of the cause and inspire them to take part has resulted in funds that exceed expectations and offer the possibility to go beyond existing goals and develop new relief projects. I have always been inspired by art and culture and started my education in French Litterature. Eager to expand my knowledge I completed graduate studies in theology and counselling which further confirmed my interest in philanthropy. After 10 years of living in London and having rich experiences as an events organiser, book club leader, group counsellor and teacher, I now bring these skills to the Geneva area and continue helping others through similar activities.
