Jason Pirock
Head of Marketing, Springboard Hospitality
Jason Pirock serves as the head of marketing for Springboard Hospitality, a premier third-party hotel management
company, currently operating 48 independent hotels in metropolitan and leisure destination markets across 14
states. An award-winning marketing executive, entrepreneur, and advisor, he is responsible for the branding and
marketing of Springboard Hospitality, overseeing all brand development, integrated marketing strategy, customer
acquisition, and growth acceleration through digital and traditional marketing efforts including content strategy,
public relations, lifestyle and social media.
A Brand Innovators’ “40 Under 40” recipient, Pirock has more than 17 years of experience in hospitality
and retail marketing, working with reputable brands such as Hyatt, Target, and Sears, during which he led branding
and promotional campaigns. Prior to Springboard Hospitality, he was the Vice President of Marketing for Aparium
Hotel Group, which owns, operates, and develops boutique hotels, restaurants, and bars throughout the U.S. There
he built and propelled the marketing department from the ground up and was responsible for all enterprise and
property integrated marketing efforts as well as digital strategy.
Based in Chicago, Pirock is a member of Club CMO (formerly The CMO Club), a strategic Advisor for Wanderland (the
world’s first and only kids hospitality consultancy) and also sits on the Advisory Council for the Brand Innovators
Labs. He has spoken at several conferences including Digital Travel Connect, Hotel Data Conference, Direct Booking
Summit, and Brand Innovators, in addition to being featured on podcasts such as Roger Hurni’s “From Persona
to Personal” and Revinate’s “Hotel Moment.” Pirock holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing
management from The University of Akron.
