Travel is that intriguing intersection of people + place, and the industry is my passion. I love the behind-the-scenes workings of businesses and technology, the interconnectedness of companies, the stories of destinations, the impacts of broader market trends, and the dynamism of this industry. And most of all, I love inspiring and supporting travelers and colleagues through my professional work in marketing & communications and through my personal experiences. As an avid traveler, I can't help but do mental tourism assessments of every place I visit, and my travels are filled with moments of cultural discovery, new people, and enriching experiences. I'm proud to be a travel & hospitality industry leader with a focus on marketing, communication, and sustainability. I hold a Master of Tourism Administration from The George Washington University School of Business. My professional background includes nearly 25 years of marketing strategy and implementation, brand development, project management, and relationship building. I have served in a number of Board and volunteer positions and gained experience in organizational leadership, mentorship, experiential travel, and placemaking from policy to development to branding. Long story short: I'm creating a career right in that intersection of people + place.
