Sneha Thuppul

Sneha Thuppul has over 16 years of experience working within Fortune 500 companies in the Hospitality, Contact Center and FinTech space. She leads product management of the Agilysys Visual One Suite of products, working directly with customers to understand their needs and challenges, sets the vision for the roadmap, and ensures the execution to deliver a superior industry product to customers. Ms. Thuppul has Product Owner, Scrum Master and SAFe Product Owner Product Manager (POPM) certifications along with a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M University. She is also involved with initiatives to encourage youth, girls and under-represented groups to get into STEM careers along with being an avid follower of high school and college basketball and volleyball. Her hospitality experience is backed by extensive digital experience in other industries. In these roles, Ms. Thuppulworked with multiple digital delivery tools, always with an eye for customer experience. The experience she has gained working with technology across industries has provided her with many opportunities to apply her passion for technology and its role in providing exceptional experiences for the end-user.
