Aleisha Smith

Aleisha Smith, an Project Manager with the HVS Phoenix office, graduated with a certificate in Real Estate Development from Portland State University’s Master of Real Estate Development (MRED) program in 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture & Construction Project Management. Prior to joining HVS, Aleisha worked as a real estate/financial analyst at Holland Partner Group, specializing in acquisition, disposition, and development of multi-family high-rise projects. Aleisha is continuously involved in her community, most recently sitting on the Urban Land Institute’s Women’s Leadership Initiative Committee. Aleisha’s experience in sustainable building ranges from consulting independently abroad in Malaysia, Singapore, and Peru, to LEED consulting and nonprofit education with the U.S. Green Building Council.
