Lynn Prater

Lynn Prater serves as McKibbon Hospitality's Executive Vice President of Revenue Generation, responsible for overseeing the company's Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management and eCommerce departments, ensuring a collaborative and aligned strategy across the three disciplines in order to maximize revenue for our ever-growing hotel portfolio. She joined McKibbon in 1996 as General Manager of the Residence Inn Macon before moving into a corporate role as Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing followed by her promotion to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing. Prior to joining the McKibbon team, Ms. Prater worked for Marriott International, overseeing two hotels while also serving as Sales Trainer for the Southeast region. She has served on Homewood Suites & Home2 Suites by Hilton's Extended Stay Sales Task Force as well as the Hilton Garden Inn by Hilton Sales Advisory Council.
