Juan Mascaro

With more than two decades of insurance industry experience, he brings a broad background spanning underwriting, marketing, and client service roles, while delivering multi-line insurance programs to industry-specific clients.Mascaro joins WTW from Sompo International, where he oversaw the expansion of the Real Estate and Hospitality segments in the United States, Mexico and across Latin America, while also spearheading multinational business development efforts in North America. Prior, he worked at Chubb, where he led the Hospitality Practice over many years and has a depth of expertise in understanding the unique risks and challenges in this industry. In his new role at WTW, where he will report directly to Jim Martuscelli, Head of Real Estate, Hospitality, and Leisure division, Mascaro will be responsible for the strategic growth of the Hospitality industry segment across North America focusing on providing innovative products and exceptional service to our clients. Additionally, he will also focus on delivering customized risk and analytics solutions to clients throughout the region, while using data and insights to bring perspective to the particular risks affecting hospitality companies.
