In 2009, Kammelh relocated to India and assumed the role of Corporate Head of Revenue Management and Distribution for a luxury hotel chain. After two years, driven by a desire to venture into entrepreneurship, he founded a Hotel Revenue Management Support company called RevMutu in 2012. Despite initial skepticism about obtaining confidential data from Indian hotel owners, they experienced remarkable success. Over the past decade, the business has flourished organically through client referrals and positive word of mouth, without actively engaging in business development or sales.

Kammelh's journey into the hospitality industry started at IHM Pusa, Delhi, where he pursued a 3-year Hotel Management course. While studying, Kammelh initiated his first business, "Elegant Caterers," providing valuable experience in client interaction, time management, organizational skills, and financial management. Although his childhood dream of becoming a commercial airline pilot was hindered by financial constraints, Kammelh's career path led him to the United Kingdom. Beginning as a receptionist in a Heathrow Airport hotel, he swiftly climbed the ranks, transitioning to Revenue Management with support and training from IHG.

After establishing his career in Europe, Kammelh returned to India and joined The Lalit Suri Hospitality Group as Corporate Head of Revenue Management and Distribution. Innovations like launching the Central Reservation Office and introducing market-capturing initiatives marked his two-year tenure. Encouraged by the supportive leadership at The Lalit, Kammelh decided to embark on an entrepreneurial journey, founding RevMutu (now rebranded as RedSKY Hospitality) in 2012. During the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic, they developed Precium, a software employing algorithms and machine learning for hotel room price recommendations. In 2022, they solidified their global presence through a Preferred Partnership agreement with Sabre Hospitality, serving as official resellers and Level 1 support providers for three continents: Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Their success, guided by a commitment to quality, ethics, and honesty, is attributed to the dedication of their exceptional team.
