As a dynamic hospitality professional and current Associate at EHL, Kaushiki brings a wealth of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality Management, and Public Speaking. Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Tourism Studies and a post-graduate Diploma in Kitchen Operations, she has demonstrated her proficiency in diverse roles. Notably, as a Sous Chef at The Bay Club, Mumbai, Kaushiki played a pivotal role in the successful pre-opening of the Club, overseeing seven diverse food and beverage outlets. Kaushiki's skills extend to efficient menu planning, catering to varied tastes and dietary needs, as well as meticulous inventory management. She has honed leadership capabilities through roles at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, where she undertook responsibilities in Kitchen Management and as a STEP Associate. Post-COVID, recognizing the need for nutritional education, Kaushiki completed a Diploma in Food Nutrition and Dietetics from the National Health Care Academy, Singapore. Presently actively engaged at EHL, Kaushiki is enthusiastic about making meaningful strides in the dynamic field of hospitality education.
