Arsh Gupta

Arsh is a Consultant within the EMEA Hospitality Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield in London. He specialises in advising on transactions, encompassing both buy-side and sell-side deals, as well as providing expert insights on general capital strategy and hospitality advisory. His experience spans a wide range of asset types and locations, from prime luxury establishments in London to regional limited-service hotels. Having worked across various projects within the C&W Hospitality team in the UK and Europe, Arsh brings a wealth of knowledge to the table. He also possesses valuable experience in Valuations & Advisory, adding to his well-rounded skill set. Prior to joining C&W, Arsh worked with HVS and several renowned luxury hotel brands in APAC and ME regions, and is an alumnus of the EHL Hospitality Business School Lausanne, Switzerland.
