Vic Chynoweth

Vic has spent the majority of his 20-year professional career in the technology industry, building and leading financial and operational teams, and supporting others in building teams and capabilities. Immediately prior to joining MDO as CEO, Vic was an Operating Partner and Managing Director for Cove Hill Partners, where he also worked with MDO as a board member. Prior to Cove Hill Partners, Vic served in financial and operational leadership roles for three private equity-backed software companies, during which time he supported numerous acquisitions and three sponsor exits, including JAGGAER, Planview and Vertafore. Outside of the office, Vic is an avid mountain biker, cyclist and general outdoor enthusiast, spending his free time biking, skiing, surfing and hiking.
